Why does it smell so strong?
Because it's real, cold-pressed mustard oil. Heat processing removes the smell (and nutrition). Strong aroma = intact nutrients.
Is the pungent smell harmful?
No! That's allyl isothiocyanate — the active compound with antimicrobial and health benefits. It's supposed to smell strong.
Can I use it if I have high cholesterol?
Yes! Mustard oil is rich in omega-3 and MUFA that actually help lower bad cholesterol. But consult your doctor for personalized advice.
Why is there sediment at the bottom?
